Emsculpt NEO is a non-invasive body contouring treatment that builds muscle and reduces fat at the same time. It works by using two technologies at once: high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy (HIFEM), which causes the targeted muscles to perform thousands of supramaximal contractions, far more than you could ever do on your own, and synchronized radiofrequency, which heats the surrounding fat to break it down. Treatment Process

Emsculpt NEO sessions take just 30 minutes per treatment area. You will lie comfortably while applicators are placed on the targeted area. The applicators deliver HIFEM and radiofrequency energy at the same time, which most patients describe as intense muscle contractions combined with a warm sensation. The intensity is gradually increased to your tolerance, and you can relax, listen to music, or rest during your session.

Recovery and Aftercare

There is no downtime after Emsculpt NEO. You can return to all of your normal activities immediately, including exercise. Some patients experience mild muscle soreness similar to what you might feel after an intense workout, but most return to their day right away. We will share any aftercare guidance specific to your plan.

Emsculpt NEO Results

Emsculpt NEO protocol includes a minimum of 4 sessions scheduled about a week apart, though your provider may recommend additional sessions based on your goals and starting point. Results continue to improve over 2-3 months from last session.
