Dr. Robin Glicksman works one-on-one with practice owners across healthcare, medical aesthetics, and wellness, bringing both regulatory depth and the practical business knowledge that only comes from running a practice yourself. BB Academy: Clinical Training for Licensed RNs

BB Academy is a clinical training program designed for licensed RNs entering or advancing in aesthetic medicine. Unlike simulation-only programs, you train inside a real, working medical aesthetics practice with physician-led oversight, hands-on mentorship, and exposure to full-spectrum aesthetics and wellness. Training is delivered through a combination of structured coursework, hands-on model days, and direct clinical observation, scheduled to fit working professionals.

Training Tracks

Introductory Certification — For licensed RNs entering aesthetic medicine. Includes neurotoxins (Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®), dermal fillers, anatomy, safety, and consultation training with supervised hands-on model experience.
Advanced Injector Training — For already certified providers. Includes advanced techniques, case refinement, and expanded mentorship.
Additional Opportunities — For RNs exploring the field or building experience. Includes shadowing, model days with supervised injecting, and clinical immersion.

Where can I find medspa consulting and RN training in Tucson, AZ?

BB Beauty Lounge offers consulting and BB Academy training at our two Tucson locations:

Do I have to be in Tucson to work with you?

No. While BB Academy training and immersive observation experiences are held on-site in Tucson, we work with consulting clients across the country. Many of our advisory partnerships are fully remote, and we travel to client sites for on-location audits and restructuring when needed.

Is BB Academy only for RNs?

The Introductory Certification track is designed for licensed RNs. The Advanced Injector Training track is for already certified injectors. We also offer shadowing and clinical immersion experiences for other qualifying medical professionals. Contact us to discuss your background and goals.

How long is the Immersive Training Experience?

The standard format is one to two days, customized based on your needs and goals. Some practices opt for a single intensive, while others bring leadership and clinical teams for a more comprehensive experience.
