Medical Director | Triple Board-Certified Psychiatrist
Dr. Dennis Weimer is the Medical Director of BB Beauty Lounge and a triple board-certified psychiatrist with expertise in psychiatry, integrative mental health, and neurostimulation therapies.
He is a recognized expert in Exomind (TMS) and brain optimization, specializing in the integration of mental health, functional wellness, and advanced medical technologies to improve patient outcomes.
In addition to his role at BB Beauty Lounge, Dr. Weimer maintains a private psychiatry practice, providing:

Kelly Wiebelhaus, RN
Director of Education & Manager, Central Location
Kelly Wiebelhaus is a seasoned Registered Nurse, Director of Education, and Manager of BB Beauty Lounge’s Central location. She is also a Legal Nurse Consultant with extensive experience across multiple specialties, including medical-surgical, labor and delivery, psychiatry, ICU, and critical care nursing.
Kelly brings a strong background in nursing education and curriculum development, with expertise in both in-person and online training implementation. She plays a key role in shaping clinical standards, training programs, and provider development within BB Beauty Lounge and BB Academy.
Her recognitions include:

Maria Mendoza is a highly skilled Registered Nurse and Aesthetic Injector with a strong foundation in clinical operations, team supervision, and patient-centered care. With experience overseeing nursing workflows and supporting clinical excellence, she brings both leadership and precision into her role.
Maria has advanced training in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, facial balancing, and Sculptra, along with comprehensive experience in wellness services and non-invasive technologies. Patient Coordinator & Owner of Cossio Beauty
Gaby Cossio is a Patient Coordinator who plays an integral role in both client experience and clinical support operations. Patient Coordinators at BB Beauty Lounge go beyond traditional front desk responsibilities, assisting with patient flow, treatment preparation, and hands-on support with non-invasive technologies.

Iliana Falcon
Patient Coordinator
Iliana Falcon serves as a Patient Coordinator, supporting both front-end operations and clinical services to ensure a seamless and elevated patient experience.
She is certified in SkinPen Microneedling, all non-invasive devices offered at BB Beauty Lounge, and advanced skincare consultation. Iliana offers bookable appointments for device treatments, microneedling, and personalized skincare consultations, helping clients build effective, results-driven routines.
Her philosophy is simple and impactful:
80% of your skin results come from what you do at home, and 20% comes from in-office treatments. Iliana is passionate about educating clients on how to invest in their skin the right way—through consistency, quality products, and tailored care.

Wow, I can’t say enough good things about Kelly L, she is the best injector I’ve ever dealt with. She took her time, mapped out my face and I am very impressed with how my botox came out. I also received a diamond glow facial and must say, my face was dirty! Looked brand new after my diamond glow. I won’t go to another medspa after my experience at BB!
I have had nothing but amazing experiences here. I’ve had my lips done by Emily and smile lines done by Kelly (KLO), who are very professional, informative and sweet. I am in love with my lips-they look how my lips used to look before kids and age! The owner is one of the sweetest humans I’ve met! Huge shout-out to the nurses at the BB Beauty Lounge. Age is catching up with me and I haven't been feeling it lately. Yesterday I went for some lip filler as it's been a few years. Sculptra was suggested as an addition & as I am in my era of 'Yes', I went for it. This morning's first look in the mirror was shocking & all I can say is WOW! My skin looks 💯 better, lips are absolutely perfect. They are kind, gentle and helped me straighten my crown. THANK YOU!!!! I can't recommend them enough.
I had Botox and lip injections done by Kelly and she was super knowledgeable, kind, gentle, patient, and very skilled. She took her time and I never felt rushed or pressured. Once we agreed on my goals she went to work and was very gentle (much less painful than previous experiences) and meticulous. I am so glad I went to her and will definitely be back. Highly recommend when looking for injections!
