Our team is led by founder Robin Glicksman, a Top 40 Under 40 honoree in Southern Arizona, and medical director Dr. Dennis Weimer, a triple board-certified psychiatrist with over 26 years of clinical experience.

Wow, I can’t say enough good things about Kelly L, she is the best injector I’ve ever dealt with. She took her time, mapped out my face and I am very impressed with how my botox came out. I also received a diamond glow facial and must say, my face was dirty! Looked brand new after my diamond glow. I won’t go to another medspa after my experience at BB!
I have had nothing but amazing experiences here. I’ve had my lips done by Emily and smile lines done by Kelly (KLO), who are very professional, informative and sweet. I am in love with my lips-they look how my lips used to look before kids and age! The owner is one of the sweetest humans I’ve met! I will definitely keep going back to this place, maybe even just to hang out 🤣🤣. Highly recommend!!!
Huge shout-out to the nurses at the BB Beauty Lounge. Age is catching up with me and I haven't been feeling it lately. Yesterday I went for some lip filler as it's been a few years. Sculptra was suggested as an addition & as I am in my era of 'Yes', I went for it. This morning's first look in the mirror was shocking & all I can say is WOW! My skin looks 💯 better, lips are absolutely perfect. They are kind, gentle and helped me straighten my crown. THANK YOU!!!! I can't recommend them enough.
I had Botox and lip injections done by Kelly and she was super knowledgeable, kind, gentle, patient, and very skilled. She took her time and I never felt rushed or pressured. Once we agreed on my goals she went to work and was very gentle (much less painful than previous experiences) and meticulous. I am so glad I went to her and will definitely be back. Highly recommend when looking for injections!
